i had a bad day.

i'm bloody sure i wasn't nervous at that time.

because i wanted to get everything done with soon, i thought it would be infinitely easier to start with pieces followed by scales.

instead of a smashing sucess, i suffered a dismal failure.

i panicked when there was some sudden break down in between the pieces. after all, it can't be hard to just play like how i normally play... right??

scales?? fingers not sturdy enough for arpeggios.

sight reading? forgot about articulations and dynamics.

aural? cmi.

all my hard work for the past days was for naught.
