lost
am constantly fighting a losing battle with the zzzzz monster every morning.it's terrible, really. why do i even bother to set my alarm to go off at 7.15am when i'd wake up at a not-so-late 8am anyway? plus that extra 45 min of sleep gained isn't of top-notch quality, considering how i have to get up every 5 minutes to turn off the snooze.
ahhhhhh HELP!
