Fast forward to the middle part. The start is rubbish.

Our biggest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our dark that frightens us most. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people don't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine like children do. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously allow others to do the same. And we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberated others. - Coach Carter

Though I don't entirely agree with this, some parts do strike me hard.
